Ann Lehmkuhler, a Minnesota native, moved to Lander with her husband, Dean, to enjoy the abundance of outdoor activities offered here. She has been involved in swimming and running competitively for 21 years, as well as, coaching and teaching swimming for 16 years. Ann was a 4-year letter winner in NCAA division III swimming. Following college, Ann taught elementary school for 7 years while also head and assistant coaching girls swimming, and various club teams including, Lander Swim Club. During this time, Ann also became active in triathlons, cycling, and running road and trail races. She has completed numerous triathlons including 1/2 Ironman, Olympic, and sprint distances, several century road rides, 3 marathons, and 4 half marathons. Recently, she completed a 50K run self supported across the Wind River Mountain Range.
Ann is training program design, triathlon, swimming, cycling, and running coaching and classes.
